Our story
We tried being the cheapest once. We stopped.
In the early days, we sold a bit of everything and installed whatever the customer brought back from the hardware store. We eventually understood we weren't doing anyone a favour. A part bought just anywhere often has no valid warranty and no replacement parts, and when it fails two years later, the homeowner is the one stuck with it.
Today, we supply the materials, we install to code, and we go after the best warranties we can get. We work for municipalities and contractors who let nothing slide, and we bring exactly the same ways of doing things to your home.
Christian has 40 years in the trade, and plenty of people in the region know him by his first name. That doesn't excuse anyone from staying current: we take training, because standards change, and that's what protects your insurance coverage.

We supply what we install, and that doesn't mean choosing blind. Drop by the shop: we show you what we put in our customers' homes, explain what really changes from one model to the next, and pick with you what suits your house and your budget.
It isn't self-serve. It's the place our trucks leave from, with something to see and handle before deciding.

There are things we won't do. Might as well tell you right away.
We don't install materials bought elsewhere.
Not from the hardware store, not from online shopping. Without replacement parts or a valid warranty, you're the one stuck the day it breaks, and your insurer may refuse to cover the installation. We supply warrantied materials at a fair price.
We don't claim to be open 24 hours a day.
We assess every call and prioritize genuine emergencies. If the basement is filling up, we go. If it can hold until early next week, we tell you, we explain what to do in the meantime, and it costs you less.
We don't promise work for tomorrow.
A planned project takes two weeks minimum, the time to order the fixtures and do things in the right order. We'd rather give you a real date than a date that sounds nice.
We don't do electrical work, or restoration after a loss.
We pump, we dry, we find the cause and we repair the plumbing. The rest belongs to other trades, and we point you to people whose trade it is.
